Not able to Save Product in Dashboard



Run into an issue twice now where I am seemingly unable to save more than 6 different products in a store before the dashboard begins giving me a “There was a problem saving your product error” whenever I attempt to add any new product. Even went so far as to replicate the same catalog in a new store to see if the problem carried over which it unfortunately did.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues building out your product catalogue.

This sounds like some kind of data conflict, perhaps on the product slug or SKU. These attributes must be unique across your catalogue. See our documentation for more info.

Could you verify that your products all have unique slug and SKU values? If this is the case then I’m happy to look into this issue for you further :smile:
